Training programme for mini seceretariat employees

DEPUTY COMMISIONER Anurag verma has organised a special training progamme, which would be conducted by Hero Mindmine on complimentary basis, for the district adminstration staff.

Thus, there are chances that the employees of the mini secretrait , drowned in the sea of files, still greet visitor with broad smile instead of frowns on their foreheads

inagurating the programme, verma today said that the purpose of organising, this training is that people visiting the office could be given better services.

He stated that staff would be trained about handling stressful situation and meet people with helpful attitude

verma said that this programme is a sequel to suvidha project, which was imlemented in district a few months back, to enable people to collect their requisite certificates in a bound time frame without being troubled to come to office again and again.

Already 10,000 such applications have been dealt since its inception.

he further said that having established suvidha. It was felt that quality of service should be improved.

verma said that the image of the government depends on its employees because they are invariably the first to come in contact with the government.
